My experience spans IoT products, ERPs, data analytics, and enterprise tools across technology, industrial, and consulting companies, always in B2B environments. As a professional, I consider myself a builder and an intrapreneur: I thrive on creating and optimizing products from the ground up, working with cross-functional teams, and generating concrete results that positively impact the business. My background in data analysis, consulting, and development allows me not only to understand the complete development cycle but also to translate data into actionable insights, always with a clear focus on each organization's strategic objectives.

I deeply enjoy the process of problem-solving, understanding user challenges, and designing solutions that truly address their needs. I prefer working in B2B environments within companies, where I can act as a change agent delivering solutions directly to departments. My goal is to collaborate closely with operational and strategic areas, ensuring that data products have a measurable impact and contribute to achieving clear objectives. I see myself as the Product Owner of my own career, always seeking dynamic environments that value adaptability and innovation.

My approach to data products

A product that isn't used is a product that generates no impact. Therefore, beyond technology, my objective is to create data products that are utilized and transform user operations. I focus on adoption and how each solution can facilitate the daily work of those who use it, contributing to the achievement of their goals.

This approach includes a self-service strategy, where training and scalability are fundamental. I promote an environment of constant feedback with users and stakeholders, understanding this input as an essential pillar for the product to evolve according to real business needs. Through continuous communication and feedback loops, I prioritize improvements, adjust functionalities, and ensure that the product maintains its relevance and impact over time.

With this methodology, I not only maximize the value that the product offers to the business but also cultivate a relationship of trust with users and stakeholders, who see how their input translates into tangible product improvements. Throughout my career, I have led and participated in the development of impactful products across multiple industries. Some notable projects include:

  • Metzoo: IoT and data analytics solution for the wine industry, facilitating data-driven decision-making in vineyards, with measurable benefits in resource savings such as water and energy.

  • Finnegans: Development of an artificial insemination product for the agricultural ERP.

  • Climbea: Led and created budgetary tools for a university in Madrid, an industrial sector company (IBEX), and a shipping services company; developed products for wineries and an olive oil company; participated in the development team for AI assistants to improve developer efficiency and data consulting.

  • Farm in Data: Co-founder of a data consultancy for the agricultural and livestock sector, where we helped optimize processes through the collection and analysis of specialized data.

  • Talent IT Up: Co-founder of a tech recruitment consultancy with presence in LATAM, UK, USA, and New Zealand, where I directed the expansion to Chile and Argentina.

  • Factor Libre: Responsible for coordinating the Project portfolio and work dynamic transformation through the implementation of the Kanban framework.

My profile is that of a Full Stack Product Manager, with strengths in:

  • Data and Business Analysis: Thanks to my experience in Business Intelligence and financial control, I possess skills to understand the financial impact of products in areas such as P&L, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis. This allows me to view the product from a business perspective and understand how data can drive efficiencies and increase revenues.

  • Stakeholder relationships: I specialize in building relationships with key stakeholders, listening first, understanding their needs, and ensuring that the product aligns with the strategic objectives of the business.

  • Teamwork and development collaboration: I have extensive experience working with cross-functional and full-cycle teams in both development and consulting environments, including backend, frontend, UX, DevOps, design, Project Managers, functional consultants, business analysts, and support teams. This diverse experience enables me to understand and adapt to the work dynamics of both technical and functional teams, fostering effective collaboration aligned with each project's objectives. In a business context, this translates to improved efficiency, faster time-to-market, and better alignment between product development and overall business strategy. I am organized, transparent, and prioritize efficiency, helping to define and divide tasks to reduce dependencies and deliver value quickly. I foster a collaborative environment, trust in the technical decisions of teams, and promote good work practices. Additionally, I have experience in recruiting for my teams, performance reviews, 1:1s, and creating training plans, which allows me to continuously strengthen the teams.

My commitment to professional growth 

I am currently in a phase of expanding and refining my competencies as a Product Owner. I have identified key areas where I'm working to enhance my skills and acquire new capabilities, with the goal of strengthening my role in data-driven product management and amplifying the impact of both my work and that of my teams. My professional development roadmap includes honing skills in metrics analysis, KPI definition, product vision, feedback loops, and frameworks for product development and team operations. Additionally, I'm focusing on perfecting my technical and business English. This plan enables me to grow continuously in alignment with the evolving needs of product teams, ensuring that each step in my professional development is geared towards delivering real and sustainable business impact.

As part of this commitment, I actively participate in product management meetups in Madrid, allowing me to network with other professionals and stay abreast of industry best practices. Furthermore, I'm enrolled in the "Digital Product Manager Advanced" course at The Hero Camp for 2025, and I continually engage with specialized literature on product development and team management. I complement this learning with audiovisual content such as podcasts, which enrich my perspective with insights from other experts. Most importantly, I consistently apply and refine these techniques in my daily work, implementing them with my teams to solidify the knowledge acquired and drive tangible results.
